PECTUS CARINATUM, noun. A pigeon chest; a deformity of the chest characterized by a protrusion of the sternum and ribs.
PECTUS EXCAVATUM, noun. A congenital deformity of the anterior wall of the chest, in which several ribs and the sternum grow abnormally, giving a caved or sunken appearance.
